Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Full stack .NET Developer to support a large health insurance client of ours. This developer will be responsible for helping build out a self-service data hub for Medicare. The Full stack .NET Developer will design, build, and support a self service Medicare data hub, leveraging C#, .NET, and Visual Studio 2022. This role involves converting Python utilities to .NET, implementing workflows from wireframes and diagrams, and collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver secure, scalable healthcare solutions.

Job Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain a full stack .NET application supporting a self service data hub for Medicare users.
• Build scalable, high performance backend services using C# and .NET, ensuring reliability, security, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to translate business and Medicare data requirements into technical solutions.
• Convert and modernize existing Python utilities into .NET based solutions, improving performance and long term supportability.
• Develop and maintain frontend components, ensuring intuitive user experiences aligned with provided wireframes and UX designs.
• Create and interpret workflow diagrams to guide system behavior, data flows, and application logic.
• Use Visual Studio 2022 to debug, test, and enhance application functionality across the full technology stack.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to solution architecture decisions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
• Integrate applications with internal and external data sources to support secure access to Medicare related information.
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, and documentation to ensure high quality, compliant, and maintainable code.
• Support ongoing enhancements, bug fixes, and performance improvements in a production healthcare environment.
• Work cross functionally with QA, DevOps, and data teams to support deployments and ongoing system stability.
