IT Asset Management plays a key role in supporting operational continuity, data security, and compliance across a complex enterprise environment.
Role Overview
The Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Support resource will assist with day‑to‑day execution of defined HAM operational processes, supporting the lifecycle management of hardware assets and ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and effective end‑user communication.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the lifecycle management of hardware assets from acquisition through retirement using ServiceNow or equivalent asset management tools
• Monitor and manage the stale device process, including weekly review of asset rosters, end‑user outreach, follow‑ups, and asset record updates
• Support the stolen device process by following up with users, tracking police reports, and collecting required supporting documentation
• Maintain accurate asset records and documentation to support audit readiness and compliance requirements
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders, providing guidance on HAM processes as needed
Work independently to execute repeatable business processes while meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Compensation: $12.5/hr to $14.5/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
2-3 years of experience with Hardware Asset Management Support
Supporting HAM processes, familiarization with asset management tools like ServiceNow or equivalent.
Support the management of the lifecycle of hardware assets from acquisition through retirement, by performing specific lifecycle phases including:
Stale Device Process Support: Monitoring the stale asset roster weekly and performing tasks including email notifications (primary and follow-ups), and asset record updates
Stolen Device Process: Includes follow-up with targeted users for pending police reports and other supporting documentation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Work independently to perform defined business processes.
Skills Profile/Added Plus
Experience working in the Hardware Asset Management space.
MS Project, MS Office Suite of products.
General items (meeting schedules, meeting minutes, light project plans, status reports, issues/risk logs, etc.).
MS Outlook, Notes or like system.
Good Communication skills; Highly organized; Ability to learn new technology.
Ability to work in fast changing environment.
Ability to multi-task
Two Year Degree or equivalent preferred
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience working in the Healthcare preferred.
