We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to support enterprise-level initiatives with a focus on healthcare payer systems. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in legacy systems, modern cloud technologies, and emerging AI capabilities to help design and guide scalable, secure, and innovative solutions.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define solution architecture aligned with strategic goals.
Design and document end-to-end solutions that integrate legacy systems with modern platforms.
Provide architectural oversight and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Evaluate and recommend AI and cloud-based tools to enhance business capabilities.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum of 7 years in IT architecture or solution design roles.
Demonstrated experience in the healthcare payer industry, including familiarity with Value Based Contracting, Provider Contracting, Provider Integrations, Attachments, electronic communications with provider systems, document sharing, security, Identify Access Management, claims processing, eligibility, and provider data management systems.
Strong mainframe experience (IBM, CICS, DB2), including integration with modern platforms.
Proven expertise in cloud platforms ( AWS or GCP).
Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies and their application in enterprise solutions.
Familiar with architecture frameworks like TOGAF or Zachman
Can make sketch creations on lucid
Strong DevOps and CI/CD practices
Strong security and compliance exp
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert)
Experience with hybrid cloud environments
Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, and other healthcare data standards
Experience with Low Code/No Code and Rules Framework tools
