Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to own the technical design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions across the organization. This role is responsible for translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and high‑performing Salesforce architectures while leading and mentoring a team of developers. The ideal candidate brings deep hands‑on Salesforce expertise, strong leadership skills, and a passion for building high‑quality enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions that align with business goals and best practices
Translate functional requirements into well‑architected technical solutions on the Salesforce platform
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers, including code reviews and design guidance
Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs
Own technical delivery for Salesforce projects, including scope, timelines, quality, and risk management
Ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards, governor limits, security, and performance optimization
Design and manage Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and architects to define technical direction
Create and maintain technical documentation such as architecture diagrams, design specs, and deployment guides
Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and emerging best practices to continuously improve platform capabilities

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience
Proven experience in a technical lead or senior Salesforce developer role
Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce data modeling
Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and third‑party tools
Solid understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, and governor limits
Experience leading development teams and driving technical decisions
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholder

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Integration Architecture Designer, or Technical Architect
Experience with DevOps tools (Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments)
Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
Prior experience delivering multi‑cloud Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.)
