Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a dynamic Product Owner – Microsoft Copilot Enablement to accelerate enterprise adoption, innovation, and value realization of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot agents. As part of our AI Center of Excellence, you will bridge end users, IT, data teams, governance partners, and leadership to ensure Copilot becomes an integral productivity and transformation tool across the organization.
This role blends product ownership, enablement strategy, and community building. You will empower employees to confidently use AI tools, host learning experiences like office hours and Promptathons, and help shape the roadmap for Copilot‑powered solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Ownership (AI CoE):
Own the Copilot enablement backlog and prioritize initiatives that drive measurable business value.
Partner with IT, security, data, and AI governance to ensure alignment with policies and responsible AI practices.
Translate user needs and business opportunities into features, requirements, and experiments.
Stay ahead of Copilot capability releases and evolving AI patterns relevant to the organization.
User Enablement & Adoption:
Design and execute a scalable Copilot enablement strategy for employees across functions and skill levels.
Host recurring Copilot office hours to provide hands‑on support and use‑case coaching.
Publish a weekly “Copilot Challenge of the Week” to deepen engagement and skill development.
Drive engagement on Viva Engage through prompts, tips, success stories, and learning resources.
Develop lightweight adoption assets such as quick guides, prompt libraries, and tutorial videos.
Promptathons & Community Building:
Plan and facilitate enterprise Promptathons that focus on real business scenarios and responsible AI usage.
Define challenge themes, success criteria, judging frameworks, and event objectives.
Coach participants on effective prompt engineering, Copilot best practices, and agent design.
Share learnings, reusable patterns, and templates across the organization to scale value.
Copilot Agent Support & Innovation:
Identify high‑value opportunities for Copilot agents to improve workflows and decision‑making.
Partner with business teams to define use cases, user experience, metrics, and adoption plans.
Support users in building, testing, and refining Copilot agents—including prompt logic and data grounding.
Work with compliance and AI governance to ensure solutions meet enterprise standards.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement:
Track adoption trends, engagement metrics, and enablement outcomes.
Gather user feedback and enhance the enablement roadmap accordingly.
Present insights, progress updates, and recommendations to AI CoE leadership.
Compensation: $50-60/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Required Skills & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Data & Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
· Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in an agile environment
· Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, including practical experience enabling users, designing prompts, and supporting Copilot usage across business scenarios
· Demonstrated experience leading user enablement, training, or community engagement initiatives
· Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
· Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar agile certification
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
· Hands-on experience designing or supporting Copilot agents and Power Platform solutions
· Experience working within an AI Center of Excellence, innovation hub, or digital transformation team
· Familiarity with responsible AI principles, data privacy, and governance in a regulated environment (e.g., insurance or financial services)
· Experience organizing hackathons, Promptathons, and enterprise innovation events
