Insight Global is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support a large health insurance client of ours. This resource will be responsible for taking on a variance of projects including business process improvements along with technical implementations, mainly relating to claims processing.

Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years of project management experience, with some program management experience preferred
• Experience with process-oriented improvement projects and technical implementations
• Heavy experience working with Business Leadership
• Healthcare or Health Insurance background required
• Claims processing background
• Experience with project / program management tooling. Jira, Rally, etc.
• Budgeting/financial experience
o daily allocations of budget – $1 million+
o tracking financial performance of multiple projects
• Must be able to manage roadmaps and schedule performance, and report to Sr Program Manager and upper-level stakeholders
• Must be able to identify, mitigate, and report risks to Sr Program Manager and upper-level stakeholders
