Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Program Manager to support a large health insurance client of ours. This resource needs to take the lead to help the teams get organized/determine the prioritization with leadership, outline project plans/roadmaps, kick some of these initiatives off, and ultimately manage some of them to completion.
This would be a very visible role so also looking for Risk Management, Budget Management, Executive Level reporting experience/would be some additional skills expected.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years’ experience as a Program Manager or RTE
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid or healthcare within claims, provider contacting, product benefits, etc.
• Project Management: Lead healthcare-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication across all levels of the organization.
• Agile Methodology: Apply Agile principles and practices to manage project timelines, resources, and risks effectively, driving continuous improvement in delivery.
• Cross-Functional Team Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams (including IT, clinical, and operational teams) to ensure project objectives are met and team members are aligned.
• Problem Solving & Reporting: Identify project risks and roadblocks, develop solutions, and keep stakeholders informed through regular project status updates and reports.
• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
