Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Emulator Support Specialist to provide technical expertise and support across a range of client emulation technologies and environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and troubleshooting emulator products in both physical and virtual desktop infrastructures, including Citrix and Windows Server environments with BOT automation. Key responsibilities include:
Provide technical support for emulator-related issues, including installation and uninstallation
Diagnose and resolve connectivity problems using trace tools and Wireshark
Support automation troubleshooting post-migration across emulator platforms
Maintain and enhance automation using:
.NET Framework with Visual Studio and EHLLAPI APIs
VBA Macros, Rumba Scripts, and HotSpots
Compensation:
$15/hr to $19/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience with Rumba, Reflection, and IBM Personal Communication
Proficiency in EML scripts, EHLLAPI APIs, TTO file transfers, and VBA macros
Familiarity with migrating automation tools between emulators (e.g., Extra to Reflection, IBM PCOMM to Reflection)
Understanding of profile redirection in virtual and Citrix environments
Ability to support both 32-bit and 64-bit Office automation
