Job Description

Join our dynamic Performance Engineering team, dedicated to delivering high-quality, performant systems and applications. This role is a hybrid of development and performance engineering/testing. Initially, responsibilities will lean toward performance testing (approximately 70%) and development (30%), but over time, the focus will shift toward a heavier development role.
We are seeking strong developers who also bring robust performance testing expertise and are comfortable contributing in both areas.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain application features while ensuring performance standards are met.
Design, implement, and execute performance tests to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
Analyze performance test results and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines, working closely with cross-functional teams to meet performance requirements.
Build tools and automation scripts for performance monitoring, especially in cloud-native and containerized environments.
Support cloud migration efforts, applying best practices for performance in GCP or Azure, leveraging AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) or GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine) for Kubernetes management.

We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
