Job Description
A healthcare insurance provider is looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to support financial forecasting, reporting analytics, and model development using SAS and Excel. This role involves building and enhancing models, creating reports, and translating complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, engaging with both technical and non-technical teams, and leading various phases of BI projects including business analysis, data strategy, report development, and user training. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate data-driven stories are essential. This role also includes business-as-usual (BAU) responsibilities such as maintaining reporting tools, resolving data issues, and ensuring the accuracy of analytic solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
• Proficiency in SAS, SQL, and Excel for data extraction, manipulation, and visualization
• Experience in financial forecasting and model development using SAS and Excel
• Strong business analysis and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Ability to design reports and dashboards that communicate insights clearly to non-analytic audiences
• Demonstrated experience in project management, including coordination, user training, and cross-functional collaboration
