A healthcare insurance provide is looking for an AI Governance Enablement Analyst to join their team remotely. The AI Governance Enablement Analyst will play a central role in promoting responsible AI adoption and compliance across the enterprise. Acting as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and governance leadership, this role ensures that employees are educated on AI policies and empowered to use AI tools effectively and ethically. The analyst will develop enablement materials such as guidelines and playbooks, design and deliver training programs in collaboration with the learning and development team, and provide hands-on support to both business users and data scientists. They will also monitor policy adherence, facilitate feedback sessions, and track training effectiveness through dashboards and metrics. By staying informed on emerging best practices and regulatory changes, the analyst helps evolve governance processes and raise organizational AI literacy.

2+ years of experience as an AI Governance Analyst or related role
Strong understanding of AI concepts and business applications
Familiarity with AI governance and compliance frameworks
Experience creating training and enablement materials
Proficiency with learning platforms such as Jira and data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
