Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master to join a fully remote team, operating on Eastern Time. This individual will play a key leadership role in a high-impact initiative spanning multiple workstreams, aimed at reducing vendor backlog and driving strategic business progress.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Agile and hybrid projects (including Waterfall, Agile, and Kanban methodologies)
Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, and executive-level presentations
Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of milestones
Serve as Scrum Master by:
Tracking progress and team performance
Leading legacy platform efforts
Coaching and supporting teams through challenges and impediments
Facilitating backlog prioritization and sprint planning

Required Skills & Experience
• Tight collaboration with both Business and Engineering
• Able to work with multiple vendors to help with coordination
• Detailed status tracking, follow up, and reporting across varied workstreams
• Risk identification and mitigation tracking
• Promote agile maturity/adoption across the team – conduct Daily Stand Ups, work item management in Rally
• Clarity management – allocations and mediation
