Insight Global is seeking 2 strong Scrum Masters for a large health insurance client of ours. These resources will be responsible to establish brand new Scrum Teams for our new BDA teams coming from the Business.
Responsibilities:
Monitors scrum processes and sessions
Facilitates the delivery teams work via managing process (Daily Standups, Demos, Retrospectives)
Drives efficiency and continuous improvement, motivates the team
Defines key performance metrics and progress tracking
Ensures milestones are reached and deadlines are met
Facilitates partnerships and delivery with external suppliers
Facilitates open communication with all business partners including reporting progress and milestones for executives
Manages initiative budgets

Must be certified as an SM and preferably as a coach and/or Product Owner/Product Manager/PM
5-10 years Scrum Master experience
Healthcare experience
Proficiency in one or more work management tools Jira is #1
Experience implementing Agile in a new organization
