Insight Globals healthcare client is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join their team and assist in creating comprehensive documentation for their Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) process. This role involves developing a turnover kit to transition the MFA management from our engineering organization to the operations team. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical writing, particularly in the areas of network security and authentication systems. This position is fully remote.
Responsibilities:
Develop detailed documentation for the MFA process involving YubiKeys, Forti-authenticators, and Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).
Create a run book that outlines step-by-step procedures for managing and maintaining the MFA system.
Collaborate with engineers and Cisco representatives to gather necessary information and ensure accuracy.
Simplify complex technical concepts for clear understanding by the operations team.
Ensure documentation is up-to-date and reflects any changes in the MFA process.
Assist in training the operations team on the use and management of the MFA system.

Proven experience as a technical writer, preferably in network security or IT.
Strong understanding of Multi-Factor Authentication systems and processes.
Familiarity with YubiKeys, Forti-authenticators, and Cisco ISE.
Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise documentation.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
