Overview:
CVS Health is seeking a skilled Workbrain Engineer to support and enhance our Workbrain application. This role focuses on operational functionality, ensuring the system is configured, secure, and scalable. The ideal candidate will address current challenges, implement enhancements, and provide strategic documentation for best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
· Enhancements and Validations: Identify and implement system enhancements, adding validations and guardrails to improve functionality.
· Collaboration: Work closely with business partners to understand their needs and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
· Workbrain Upgrade: Lead efforts to upgrade the Workbrain system, particularly focusing on new features in the timekeeping modules.
· Support Workbrain Application: Provide day-to-day operational support for the Workbrain system, focusing on timekeeping (80%) and attendance (20%) modules.
· Configuration and Security: Configure the Workbrain system to meet business requirements, ensuring security and scalability.
· Ticket Management: Manage and resolve tickets related to enhancement requests, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
· Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for best practices, providing strategic guidance to ensure optimal system performance.
