Insight Global is seeking a fully remote QA Tester with Conversational Voice Bot experience. This person will design, develop, and execute test plans for conversational voice bots to ensure high-quality user experiences. They will perform functional, regression, and performance testing on voice bot applications. This QA will utilize Hammer for automation testing to streamline and enhance testing processes and will collaborate with development and product teams to identify and resolve issues. This person will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and defects. They will analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.

Experience in QA testing for conversational voice bots.
Proficiency in automation testing using Hammer.
Strong understanding of voice bot technologies and natural language processing (NLP).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
