As a Quality Performance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the performance, scalability, and reliability of distributed applications. You will be responsible for designing and executing performance testing strategies, primarily using LoadRunner, to assess application throughput, latency, and resource utilization. By leveraging APM tools like AppDynamics, Aternity, and Blue Triangle, you will monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and provide detailed reports to the quality and development teamsthough you will not be responsible for fixing issues directly. In this role, you will work closely with developers, testers, and product owners in a SAFe Agile environment, helping define non-functional requirements (NFRs) and ensuring performance considerations are integrated into the development lifecycle. Your expertise in Java software engineering, Web HTTP/HTML, REST APIs, and observability data analysis will be essential for optimizing system efficiency. This position is ideal for someone with 5-10 years of experience in performance engineering, strong analytical skills, and a passion for working in a fast-paced, collaborative team setting to drive continuous performance improvements.
