You will be working at Fortune 500 Healthcare company as a Real Estate Research Developer/Programmer. You will join a team of Data Project Managers in Real Estate Market Research, partnering with other Developers in the Real Estate Department. For background, the Real Estate Market Research Data Product Managers and Data Project Managers collect, maintain, manage, interpret, and analyze data received from internal data and external data sources. The Developers design and create processes using windows applications, web applications, or 3rd party tools (eg Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx) from internal or external data sources. In other words, the Data Product Managers and Data Project Managers will have a suite of web-based applications that delivers data, reports, dashboards, etc to all areas of the enterprise. The Developers will have created and will maintain these reporting solutions.
With the support of a Data Product Manager / Data Project Manager, as the Developer, you will provide support collecting business requirements and specifications. You will also leverage your technical skills to develop, enhance, and optimize various reports and applications used throughout the department and enterprise. Excellent communication skills will be needed to properly explain and document the business requirements and use the appropriate technical language for these reports and applications. - 2+ Web development experience (C Sharp and .Net preferred)
- 1+ years of working with APIs, and hands on SQL experience
- An understanding of general business processes
- Bachelors degree (computer science preferred but not required)
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Self-motivated individual that works well independently or as part of a team.
- Superior time management skills
