One of our engineering clients is looking to add a Tier 2 Helpdesk Support Technician to their team in Rhode Island. This person would help to administer Office365 and SharePoint licenses. Limited local travel is required when a server goes down or when help is needed onsite.
- 2+ years of work experience as a tier 1 or 2 Helpdesk Support Technician
-Proficient with Windows desktop environment
-1 year of experience working with Office365 from an admin perspective
-Experience with phone, email, and remote support for internal employees
-2 years of knowledge of SharePoint licensing and application concepts
-Comfortable with light travel-
-Previous experience working with Cherwell as a ticketing system
-Previous experience being a ticket escalation point
