Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst for a large insurance solutions provider located in Johnston, RI! The right resource will have experience in IT Asset Management projects and be familiar with procurement procedures and processes. This reserouce will be responsible for user research and analysis, working with cross functional teams to develop and implement IT procedures including considerations on usability, security, privacy and compliance and conducting analysis of data from IT infrastructure and systems to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
* 7+ years experience as within business analysis/ project management
*Experience with IT asset management and IT procurement processes including incident, problem, and change management
* Understanding of IT security, privacy, and compliance requirements
* Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools, such as PowerBI and Tableau
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for managing relationships with various stakeholders, including IT teams, business units, and external partners.
