Job Description

Documentation Specialist – Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end account opening process
Prepare and review Treasury and Payment Solutions documentation
Handle Entity Life Cycle changes, including:
Signatory updates
Legal name changes
Mergers
Address changes
Perform client information updates across internal systems
Upload and maintain documentation in SharePoint, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements
Ensure clear and professional written communication (English & French)
Provide customer support over the phone, offering guidance and assistance (English & French)
Manage expectations and build strong relationships with Sales partners

Required Skills & Experience

1+ years experince working within Candidan banks
Fluent in both English and French (verbal and written)
Client-Facing roles within the bank
Excellent customer service and ability to work with others

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Commercial Banking or Treasury Payments experience
