Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Digital Sales Manager to support a large‑scale logistics and transportation organization. This role is responsible for hiring and developing top sales talent, leading a team to success, and driving revenue through strong execution, coaching, and strategic account leadership.
This position oversees a team of Customer Success Executives and Strategic Development Account Executives, ensuring they are effectively ramped, supported, and taken to the next level in their careers. This is a hybrid role, with in-office presence on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and remote work on Tuesday and Thursday.

Required Skills & Experience
• 7–10 years of total sales experience
• 3–5 years of experience in a lead or sales management role
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop sales professionals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable and proficient using CRM systems
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Experience conducting internal interviews and participating in hiring decisions
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
• Fully bilingual in French and English

• Digital sales experience
• Experience supporting logistics, transportation, supply chain, or freight-forwarding organizations
