Insight Global is seeking a Jr Product Owner/Scrum Master to join the digital products team of a top aerospace company in Longueuil, QC. This position is a hybrid role combining Product Owner and Scrum Master responsibilities, focused on delivering product enhancements and bug fixes that align with stakeholder needs and Agile principles. This role is 5x a week onsite in Longueuil, QC.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders (business, clients, and development teams) for bug fixes and enhancements and organize regular feedback and review sessions with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Product Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and maintain a clear and actionable backlog plan for the development team
- Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, backlog refinement).
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and clarity of requirements and create detailed business and functional requirement documents for enhancements when needed
- Quality Assurance: Define and validate acceptance criteria; conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- 13 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with product management tools like Azure DevOps
