3+ years of experience with Genesys Cloud Contact Center.
Hands on experience integrating Genesys Cloud with third-party applications, to ensure seamless communication and data flow using APIs and integration tools.
Proficiency in Genesys Outbound Campaign
Experience working with the Salesforce CRM platform including implementing and configuring connectors or integrations with third-party tools and services.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
