As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site support for ATM systems across designated geographical areas. This includes responding to automated dispatch calls in the order received, performing troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair services, as well as managing parts logistics and system checks.
Respond promptly to automated dispatch (cell) calls, addressing service requests in the order they are received.
Provide technical support and maintenance for ATMs, financial networks, and related systems within assigned territories.
Conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting using NCR systems and tools to resolve hardware and software issues.
Pick up replenishment parts from designated field stocking locations (e.g., Purolator) and return used or unused parts as required.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, parts usage, and system updates.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and customer service expectations.
Collaborate with dispatch and support teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
