Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Cybersecurity Specialist with expertise in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) to develop and evolve our DLP capability. Reporting to the Director of Info Sec - Insider Threat, you will play a key role in protecting critical data.
Responsibilities:
Configure and manage DLP policies, rules, and exceptions.
Integrate DLP solutions with existing security systems.
Monitor DLP dashboards, alerts, and reports.
Collaborate on incident response and policy enforcement.
Refine DLP policies over time for continuous improvement.
Develop and refine DLP policies and procedures.
Create support procedures and performance metrics reports.
Communicate security risks with business partners and tech teams.
Work with various teams to ensure secure design and implementation of DLP solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications:
5 years of Cybersecurity experience with a specialization in DLP.
Experience with DLP program implementation and evolution.
Knowledge of Microsoft DLP Purview is a plus; experience with other DLP tools is valuable.
Experience with data classification and management policies.
Expertise in network, email, and endpoint DLP.
Strong background in architecting, engineering, and automating security solutions.
Ability to design countermeasures for security risks.
Strong knowledge of DLP, CASB, host FW, and endpoint protection.
Technical acumen, communication, and influence skills.
Experience with Microsoft Purview for Information Management, Records Management, Retention, eDiscovery, and Insider Risk is a great asset.
