Insight Global is seeking a Quality Specialist to join the MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul) group at a top aerospace company 5x a week onsite in Longueuil, QC.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage Supplier Escapes & Investigations: Oversee and resolve issues related to supplier quality escapes, conducting thorough investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
2. Drive Improvement Plans: Collaborate with top suppliers to develop and execute improvement plans aimed at addressing quality concerns and enhancing overall performance.
3. Audit Key Suppliers: Conduct regular audits of key suppliers to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
4. Support New Supplier Development: Assist in the development and onboarding of new suppliers, ensuring they meet the required quality standards and integrate smoothly into the supply chain.
Standardize Supplier Management Processes: Develop and implement standardized supplier management processes across all service centers to ensure consistency and efficiency in supplier quality management.
