Insight Global is seeking a service technician to sit onsite for a local higher education client. These candidates would provide support to all IT-related activities, assistance end users, coordination resolutions for end user issues, and follow-up to end user related IT problems and ensure a resolution.
- Provide technical support over the onsite and over the phone for Customers
- Software and network issues on laptops and desktops
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with software and printers.
- Create and manage tickets
