A healthcare payor client in Philadelphia, PA is actively hiring for an Systems Analyst on their Application Delivery team. The team is beginning a 3-year platform migration project of their claims processing system, to efficiently process EDI transactions while delivering innovative products and services to the business. As the EDI Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing and replicating the current system's rules and architecture blueprints to produce technical requirements and mapping documents for the new system. It is critical you maintain knowledge of health insurance transactions, so your translated requirements meet federal mandate standards.
* 5+ years of experience analyzing and mapping system transactions in the healthcare space
* 5+ years of experience producing technical requirements for a .NET based environment leveraging knowledge of SDLC
* Experience mapping EDI transactions while leveraging knowledge of HIPPA standards (HIPAA x12, HL7, FHIR, etc..)
* Produce design documentation, which include traceability matrices, functional specifications and complex process and data flow diagrams using Visio
* Experience operating in an Agile environment as an EDI Analyst or similar role
* Must be willing to come onsite to Philadelphia, PA 1-2x a month for team collaboration meetings
