Job Description
Our large healthcare provider client located in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their team. This position will primarily be remote but will require candidates to complete 1-3 days on site for training. This position will support general ledger accounting functions - month end close, posting journal entries, cash reconciliation, expense analysis and budget management within ancillary departments. The ideal candidate will have a degree within Accounting and a strong understanding of basic accounting functions/GAAP principles.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
1+ year of experience in Accounting (Accountant, Staff Accountant)
Proficient to advanced in Excel
Strong aptitude to learn
