Job Description
One of our clients is looking for a UCC Telecom System Administrator to assist in proactive monitoring and maintenance of Telephony, Voice, and UCC systems and services, including branch equipment support. They will help with keeping the lights on and perform installation, configuration, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of UCC
products and technologies, according to established standards and procedures. The Telecom Administrator will serve as the first point of escalation within the Information Services & Technology Team, responding to and resolving service incidents, service fulfillment request tasks, and processing change order tasks in an accurate and timely manner. UCC System Administrator may also need to travel locally for deployment, repair, and training on Telephony/ CC/Voice
systems and services as needed.
Required Skills & Experience
4+ Years experience as a Telecom Admin (in Cisco Call Manager)
3+ Years supporting Cisco VOIP phone systems (large enterprises preferred)
Advanced knowledge on all Unified Communications (Cisco Unity) operations and infrastructure in Cisco Call Manager
Experience with Cisco Cube Routers (Cisco Unified Border Elements)
Experience with SIP trunking and Cisco Voice Gateways (CUCM, CUC, UCCX, Finesse, CER, Expressway or Calibre call recording)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with Cisco UCCX or CCIE
