A large life insurance client is looking to hire a fully remote Salesforce BSA. The ideal person will come from a background of either a Salesforce BA/BSA, developer, or admin. This BSA will work on a major project involving the rebuilding and enhancing of the current customer facing CRM. Daily, they will be gathering requirements and creating custom dashboards and reports using CRMA. This person will be required to communicate with both business and technical stakeholders, so excellent and professional communication skills are a must. This position is a 4 month contract with possible extension based on the status of the project.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience (salesforce developer, admin or BA/BSA)
- Recent experience with Salesforce CRMA (previously TCRM and Einstein Analytics)
- Advanced knowledge of editing in SAQL
- Strong understanding of building dataflows and building out dashboards
- Excellent Communication
