Individuals in the position perform the role of Project or Program Manager as asked by the SDO Lead. Responsibilities include driving the planning, execution, and closure of deliverables related to Endpoint and IT infrastructure initiatives. The qualified candidate must be proficient at identifying and raising risks and issues, so they're mitigated and managed appropriately ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and within budget. Knowledge, skills, and experience utilizing the agile methodology while leveraging Jira or other similar tools, as demanded by individual projects, is required. Specific areas of responsibility are: Customer Focus - Work with IT leaders and business stakeholders across Cigna to understand customer needs, and deliver a consistent, reliable customer experience. Leadership - Lead cross functional teams of senior team members up to director level and represent Cigna to external stakeholders and customers on technology topics. Strategy - Assist in establishing the strategic direction for the SDO team and contribute to the planning of the overall organizational strategy. Continuous service improvement - Meet with key stakeholders to define requirements and successfully integrate solutions.
