Job Description

Our national investment banking, capital markets and wealth management partner headquartered in Center City, Philadelphia is looking for a Client Reporting Associate to join their Wealth Management Operations team in Center City.



The Associate will be supporting wealth management functions pertaining to client performance reports. They will build out and analyze large data sets of numbers to look at trends in their internal systems and relay any useful and essential data and calculations (in presentation format) to the advisory team for individual investors (i.e. rate of return, risk incurred, etc.). The Associate will also be responsible for reconciling any financial information within the reports, and reaching out to the appropriate internal parties if there are any discrepancies. In addition to coordinating with the advisory team, the Associate will be coordinating with the development team to efficiently and effectively create and modify the reports through Vestmark.



This is a permanent, hybrid WFH role in Center City, Philadelphia.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1+ years of experience in wealth management operations, private equity, or capital markets (knowledge of investments)

- Experience using Excel in a professional setting (vlookups, macros, pivots)

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, is detail-oriented, and has great communication skills

- Has real-time problem solving skills and excellent sense of urgency

- Is not afraid to ask questions and remains curious

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience working with client financial performance reports, system conversions, investment performance, or performance measurement attributions (wealth management performance reporting)

- Experience using Vestmark, Sylvan, Vision FI, or APL, Black Diamond, or Advent

- CIPM License

- Experience using SQL/ in data analysis environments
