An employer in the Murrysville, PA area is looking for a Technical Support Associate to assist in the resolution of issues via phone calls, live chat, and emails. Issues that arise vary but with always be pertaining to the products and software packages this company provides it's customers. Beyond the primary call center job functions, this position will also provide customer support during new Software installations. These data migration/installation activities include the following:
-Coordination of pre-install activities (scheduling installs, reviewing Pre-installation checklists, completing Pre-installation readiness checks with customers, etc.)
-Remote configuration of software according to customer specifications.
-Post install support within the product support call center.
While training shift will be either from 8-4 or 9-5. After training they MAY work 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week any time from 8-7 pm. Shifts rotate.
