We are looking for a dedicated Project or Program Manager with demonstrated experience managing multiple enterprise level projects concurrently. This person must have high attention to detail and be comfortable being the working manager where the project or projects are the mode of delivery. This person will be the main point of contact for projects and be comfortable balancing multiple schedules, budgets, and tasks consistently.
The ideal person for this role must have excellent communication skills and be able to successfully manage project schedules, set up, prepare, and run meetings, manage tools and repositories, and collect and manage assignments. This person will function as the core of the project team. This person must be passionate about enhancing business organizations through detailed strategic planning and implementations and must be capable of working with others at a variety of skill or knowledge levels.
- At least 5-7 years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Expert level experience with Microsoft Suite for team collaboration, creating workflows, reporting etc.
Bachelor's Degree
- Experience managing technical projects where they translated technical requirements into project plans
