Insight Global is seeking a remote Service Desk Analyst for a full-time role with a Technology Services Provider in the King of Prussia, PA area. This person will join a team of Service Desk Analysts that support an array of customers with various technical environments. The team supports customers with all aspects of Infrastructure support, including Windows OS, O365, servers, hardware, networking, Citrix, security etc. This person should be well rounded in the infrastructure space and be comfortable balancing both project work and daily support initiatives. They will provide Level 1-2 support and escalate issues on an as needed basis.
