Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Inventory Associate to support daily warehouse operations and ensure inventory accuracy. This role will be responsible for performing a complete physical inventory count, conducting cycle counts, managing inbound and outbound inventory, and maintaining accurate inventory records within an ERP system. The ideal candidate has previous warehouse experience, is comfortable working with inventory management systems, and understands best practices for inventory control.

Key Responsibilities
Perform and reconcile 100% physical inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
Execute regular cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
Maintain inventory records within an ERP system (NetSuite experience preferred).
Support warehouse organization and inventory control initiatives.
Ensure materials are accurately labeled, stored, and tracked.
Hourly rate expectation is $20/hr

Required Skills & Experience

1+ years of warehouse, inventory, or materials management experience.
Experience performing physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
Familiarity with ERP systems
Understanding of receiving, shipping, and inventory management processes.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

NetSuite experience
