Job Description
The ideal candidate is a technically credible, commercially driven sales professional who thrives in a field-facing, customer-first environment. This individual will join a specialized sales team and take full ownership of the US market, responsible for growing revenue by identifying new opportunities, developing relationships with OEM and end-user customers, and positioning the company's motion control and sensing product portfolio. While the team will provide thorough product training — particularly around encoder technologies — the candidate must arrive with a strong foundation in electromechanical or mechatronic products and a demonstrated ability to sell complex technical solutions. This role is critical to expanding the company's commercial footprint in North America and will require close collaboration with internal engineering and sales colleagues, including a European-based team.
