Job Description

An Insight Global client in the agricultural sciences industry is seeking a Lead to Cash Technology & Transformation Leader (Associate Director) to serve as the senior technology partner supporting global Commercial, Sales, and Order Fulfillment organizations. This individual will be responsible for aligning technology strategy with business objectives, leading digital transformation initiatives, and driving value realization across the Lead-to-Cash process landscape.

This leader will work closely with business executives and IT stakeholders to develop technology roadmaps, oversee large-scale initiatives, optimize ERP and digital platforms, and provide leadership to global teams. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision, strong business acumen, and proven execution experience within complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technology partner to Commercial, Sales, and Order Fulfillment leadership, aligning IT strategy and initiatives with business goals.
- Develop and execute business and technology roadmaps that drive transformation, operational efficiency, and measurable business value.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Lead-to-Cash technology initiatives, from demand intake and prioritization through implementation and adoption.
- Drive continuous improvement across Lead-to-Cash processes and supporting ERP platforms, ensuring scalable, reliable, and secure solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated enterprise solutions while managing dependencies, risks, and investment decisions.
- Establish governance and portfolio management processes while providing leadership, coaching, and strategic guidance to teams and senior stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 12+ years of experience in Information Technology, Digital Transformation, or Business Technology roles, including 5+ years in leadership positions.
- Proven experience leading enterprise technology teams, strategic initiatives, and large-scale digital transformation programs.
- Experience supporting Commercial, Sales, Order-to-Cash, or other customer-facing business functions through technology solutions.
- Demonstrated success partnering with Director, VP, and C-level stakeholders to define strategy, prioritize investments, and drive measurable business outcomes.
- Experience delivering complex enterprise technology solutions, preferably within SAP-centric environments, while influencing stakeholders across global organizations.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise platforms supporting commercial and order-to-cash processes.
- Background working with CRM systems, EDI, e-Invoicing, order management, and commercial analytics solutions.
- Experience operating within Agile, product-based, or pod-based delivery models and leading large-scale transformation programs.
- Exposure to automation, AI, GenAI, and advanced analytics technologies used to improve business efficiency, customer experience, and decision-making.
