Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Data Scientist for one of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, machine learning, and business intelligence, with expertise in Python and Power BI within a Microsoft technology ecosystem. This individual will partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for analytics-driven improvements, transform complex data into actionable insights, and develop forecasting and predictive models that influence strategic decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a Data Scientist, Data Analytics, or Senior Data Analyst role.
• Strong experience with Python for data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
• Experience developing and deploying Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Experience with predictive analytics, forecasting, and machine learning methodologies.
• Strong proficiency with SQL and working with large datasets.
• Experience performing exploratory data analysis and translating findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to business stakeholders.
• Experience working directly with business partners to gather requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
