Job Description
A client of Insight Global's is seeking a Revenue Operations Educator I to design, develop, and deliver training programs for a large healthcare operations team. This individual will create curriculum and learning content, facilitate virtual training sessions, onboard new teammates, provide real-time coaching, and partner with stakeholders to identify development opportunities. They will also track training effectiveness, maintain learning resources, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience designing and developing training curriculum, learning content, or instructional materials
Experience facilitating training, coaching, or adult learning programs
Knowledge of adult learning principles and learning methodologies
Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
Ability to learn and teach complex subject matter
Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts
Strong project management, organization, and prioritization skills
Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Background in Education, Learning & Development, Training, or Instructional Design
Experience using learning technologies, content authoring tools, or e-learning platforms
Healthcare, revenue cycle, billing, or operations experience
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Communications, Learning & Development, or related field
Experience creating curriculum for large operational teams
SharePoint and Microsoft Office proficiency
Experience coaching teammates in real-time work environments
