Job Description
A client of Insight Global's is seeking a Revenue Operations Educator I to support the training, onboarding, and professional development needs of a large Revenue Operations department. This individual will facilitate virtual training sessions, onboard new teammates, coordinate learning activities, and support ongoing educational initiatives across multiple billing and operational teams. On a daily basis, this person will deliver engaging training programs, track learner progress, maintain training documentation and reporting, partner with operational leaders to identify development needs, and ensure new hires have the resources needed to succeed. They will also support learning projects, analyze training effectiveness, and make recommendations for process improvements. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization in a fully remote environment.
