Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a growing FinTech company in Pittsburgh, PA. This individual will provide exceptional customer support across phone, email, chat, and ticketing channels while helping customers resolve gift card, payment, and account-related inquiries.
Responsibilities
Provide customer support in both English and Spanish.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to accounts, orders, and gift cards.
Accurately document all customer interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated concerns.
This role can pay $20-$24/hr

Required Skills & Experience
Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
Previous customer service experience.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with ticketing systems such as Zendesk is a plus.
Available to work weekends and occasional extended hours during peak seasons.
