Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking a Senior End User Support Engineer to join a team supporting a large enterprise environment of approximately 40,000 Windows devices and 600+ Mac endpoints. This individual will serve as a Tier III/IV escalation resource responsible for troubleshooting complex hardware, software, and network-related issues. The engineer will support enterprise applications including Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Chrome, partner with vendors to resolve critical issues, and collaborate with a globally distributed team to deliver exceptional end-user support. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, customer-focused, and comfortable acting as a technical expert for escalated support requests.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of enterprise desktop or end-user support experience
• Experience providing Tier III/Tier IV support in large enterprise environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and privileged access management
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively support end users in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• MacOS support experience
• Familiarity with SCCM/MECM
• Experience with software deployment technologies
• Vendor escalation and management experience
• Broad endpoint administration experience
