Job Description

Client in Reading, PA is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to serve as a critical financial partner to the IT Leadership team and Corporate Accounting organization. In this high-visibility role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end financial management of the IT portfolio for 7 VPs — including annual budget planning, spend tracking, vendor financial analysis, and invoice reconciliation. This position requires a sharp analytical mindset, a strong foundation in accounting, and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, accounting, or FP&A roles.
- Prior experience supporting an IT Finance or Technology business unit.
- Demonstrated experience in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis within a large, complex organization.
- Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and processes (GAAP, accruals, cost allocations, period-end close).
- Proven ability to reconcile invoices to contracts/SOWs and manage vendor financial compliance
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, financial modeling)
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
