This role supports multiple business functions including permitting, licensing, tax-related calculations, and customer support. Required Skills & Experience
Strong customer service, customer support, administrative, retail, or call center experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to write professional business emails
Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to investigate issues and identify solutions
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Experience with permitting, licensing, or fleet-related processes
Accounting, bookkeeping, or data analysis experience
Experience using AS400
Familiarity with tax calculations or financial reconciliation processes
