Job Description

This role will support a large-scale drug image management and digital asset initiative focused on ensuring drug product images are accurately mapped to the correct product records within a drug database. The individual will review incoming image assets, validate image-to-product associations, and ensure assets are properly named, categorized, and maintained according to established standards and procedures. They will organize and prepare images for approval workflows, maintain detailed tracking documentation, and monitor project progress against deliverables. The role also includes producing regular status reports and dashboards to provide visibility into backlog reduction, image processing throughput, and overall project health. Working closely with stakeholders across the content and data teams, this individual will play a key role in supporting a significant end-of-year image migration and cataloging effort while maintaining a high level of accuracy, organization, and process compliance.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of professional experience
• Experience with digital asset management, content management, image management, or similar asset-tracking responsibilities
• Experience ensuring assets are accurately mapped, cataloged, and associated with the correct records
• Experience following established processes, procedures, and naming conventions
• Experience tracking project work, maintaining documentation, and providing status updates/reporting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
