Job Description
Day to Day:
We are seeking an Operations Facility Manager to oversee daily operations for two plant facilities in Pennsylvania. This role will lead approximately 35–40 employees across operations, maintenance, and technical teams while ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant facility performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day plant operations, production volumes, and asset utilization.
Supervise rotating shift crews, maintenance personnel, and technical staff.
Lead shift turnover meetings and address operational issues.
Review employee schedules, approve timesheets, and manage staffing needs.
Coordinate load-outs, transfers, and transportation logistics.
Support facility budgeting, expense tracking, and PO approvals.
Partner with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
Maintain compliance with PADEP and all applicable environmental and safety regulations.
Participate in weekly operational, budget, sales, and asset management meetings.

Required Skills & Experience
High School Diploma or GED.
2–3+ years of supervisory or management experience.
Experience managing employees and departmental budgets.
Experience in one or more of the following:
Plant/Industrial Maintenance
Pump & Electrical Maintenance
Water Treatment Operations
Technical Plant Support or Waste treatment studies .
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Oil & Gas industry experience
Knowledge of PADEP regulations.
