Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a VP of Account Management to sit fully remote and lead client services for one of our major services clients, providing medical review and independent dispute resolution. This individual will own the overall client relationship strategy, ensuring consistent delivery excellence and driving long-term partnership value across a portfolio of high-profile accounts. The VP will act as the executive point of contact for key clients, establishing structured engagement models, proactively identifying growth opportunities, and resolving complex issues. They will lead and mentor the Account Services team, define best practices for relationship management, and translate client feedback into actionable insights for product and operations teams. The role will partner closely with Product, Operations, and Technology to align client needs with business priorities, monitor account health metrics, and implement recovery plans when risks arise. This person will build a disciplined account management capability, ensuring clear ownership of client outcomes and maintaining credibility through transparent communication and follow-through.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience managing enterprise client relationships in account management, client services, or customer success
• Proven track record leading teams responsible for high-touch, strategic accounts in complex environments
• Familiarity with structured account planning and portfolio/client review processes
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders, both internally and externally
• Experience translating client feedback into operational and product improvements across cross-functional teams
o Experience with CRM/account management tools for tracking portfolio health and client engagement
• Ability to proactively identify risks, implement recovery plans, and drive client retention and share growth

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Healthcare industry background
o Understanding of incident dispute resolutions and medical claims processes (IDR – Independent Dispute Resolution)
• Experience in professional services, consulting, or technology-driven organizations
• Background in digital transformation or building new client service functions from scratch
